Welcome to the Bar Runner field test. By using the Bar Runner application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Bar Runner operates exclusively as a digital queue-management and communication platform connecting patrons with participating venues. Bar Runner is not a payment processor, merchant of record, or vendor of alcoholic beverages. The App facilitates the transmission of priority drink orders to venue staff but does not execute financial transactions.
All purchases—including drinks, taxes, gratuities, and the Bar Runner platform surcharge—are transacted entirely and directly between you (the patron) and the venue at the physical Point of Sale.
Estimates: Any totals displayed within the App are estimates to be paid directly to the bartender upon receiving your order.
Zero-Refund Policy: Because Bar Runner does not process payments, hold credit card information, or charge user accounts, no refunds are issued or managed through the Bar Runner platform. Any disputes regarding charges must be handled directly with the venue at the time of service.
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use the Bar Runner application.
Participating venues retain absolute authority to refuse service to any patron at any time, in accordance with Arizona state liquor laws and individual venue policies.
Submitting an order through Bar Runner does not guarantee alcohol service.
If venue staff refuse service for any reason (including but not limited to intoxication or failure to provide valid identification), no transaction will occur at the Point of Sale, and the Bar Runner order will be voided. Bar Runner is not liable for orders declined by venue staff.
To facilitate accurate order fulfillment in a crowded environment, users are required to upload a clear, accurate profile photograph (a "selfie").
This image is used solely by venue staff to identify the correct patron at the point of service.
By uploading a profile photograph, you grant Bar Runner the right to store this image and transmit it to participating venue staff for the sole purpose of identity verification at the Point of Sale.
Users who upload inappropriate images, submit fraudulent orders, or otherwise abuse the Bar Runner ordering system may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
Bar Runner is currently in a beta testing phase ("Field Test") and is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific queue times, or error-free functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bar Runner and its creators are not liable for missed orders, delayed service, application downtime, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
By tapping "Accept" or continuing to use the Bar Runner application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms for the duration of the field test.
